Tostada Bowl Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1- 15oz pack Del Real Foods® Chicken Al Pastor
- 3 Tostada Bowls
- 3 cups, chopped lettuce
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- Pico de gallo
- Corn kettles
- Salsa
Instructions
- Pre heat medium size skillet over medium heat.
- Add half teaspoon of oil.
- Empty Del Real Foods® Chicken Al Pastor from pouch and spread evenly across skillet.
- Add diced pineapple.
- Heat for 2-5 minutes or until core temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.
- Stir occasionally and set aside.
- Add 1 cup chopped lettuce to tortilla bowl.
- Top with 5oz of Chicken Al Pastor.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy!
